:)Nope, I won’t be ranting about my love life if that’s what you think. :) What I cant afford to lose anymore is my website!! If you’ve tried accessing my blog few days ago, you’ll get a “Database Error” message because once again, my host has failed me! They said they’re the best and that they have top-quality support when the truth is THEY SUCK! I really can’t take it anymore so I will transfer to a new host… to a MUCH MUCH BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE HOST.

If you have plans of purchasing a web hosting plan, stay away from RigRag. Believe me, they have the worst support ever. If you send a message today, you’ll get a reply 2 days after. Plus, their replies are not sensible at all. Take note: They are claiming that they are offering TOP-QUALITY SUPPORT. Gahd. If that’s what you call top-quality, there’s no such thing as “sucky” anymore. What I hate more about them is how rude they are. I paid for their service so I deserve to be treated very well. :(

Another thing is the issue about backups. I honestly told my hostees that I will never keep a backup of their websites because I dont have a server where I can keep them. RigRag said: “Daily back-ups — no fuss for you” Yeah? But why is it that when their server crashed AGAIN, they could not provide us backups? That’s false advertising, babe. Seriously, stop it.

So yeah, I didn’t really mean to rant this much but I just cant help it. I get upset everytime I can’t access and update my blog. :( I hope you understand. :)
