Love is like a roller-coaster ride. You wait in the queue for hours and feel excited for your turn. 16 more people in front of you… 12… 9… 5… closer… 2… It’s your turn now. Different feelings are rambling in your system. You’re excited yet scared, happy yet doubtful. As the roller-coaster starts to move forward, the emotions get stronger and while you’re on the highest point of the ride, you wish you never rode at all but since you don’t want to put the long hours of waiting to waste, you’d still give the second round a try. Same feelings ~ excited, scared, happy and doubtful of what may happen. The second try ended again. You alighted with a nauseous feeling and you are boggled by two questions in your head… Should I ride again despite the unpleasant feelings? Or should I go now and move on?

I have found a new place where I can release my not-so-famous emotional baggage. Read?[/edit]

These are the stuffs that I really need right about now.

I’ve been pretty assiduous this week. My partner and I were very much engrossed with our thesis. We were scheduled to have our mock defense around the last week of February and the final defense on March 6. It’s just a few days away so we really had to finalize our paper before February 10 because it still has to be submitted to the program chair and panelists before the mock defense. We managed to pass it on time! So yeah, it was a success, YEY! =D But oh, we still have to face the panel soon so scratch it was a success, YEY! =D up there. HAHA.

Anyway, despite being little-miss-industrious, of course I still hop at my fellow bloggers’ blogs once in a while. Here are my favorite posts for the week:

My birthday is just a few days away! But yeah, I’m just staying at home and maybe host a dinner party for my family. Haha. I really don’t want to have an awe-inspiring celebration. A semi-sumptuous dinner would do.

Oops. No, I still don’t have a date on Valentines day. HAHA. I found a new love in our pet dog, Forest. He’s a 6 month-old Yorkie-poo. He’s a black little angel so he looks like a bunch of hair when he lies on the floor. I’ll be bringing him to the vet tomorrow for grooming and check up. Ohh, I love him so much, I swear I do. =D I will post a photo of him on my next entry because I cant get a decent shot ’cause he’s always running and playing. HAHA.

Anyway, about the photo… I’ve been watching spirit-out-of-the-body type of films these days. First was Lovely Bones and the other one was Awake. You should really watch those movies. It would make you ask yourself, “Will that really happen when we die?“. I’m actually kind of curious that I want to try killing myself and see if my soul would leave my body and if it can roam around and then go back because I really still don’t want to die yet. HAHAH. Kidding. That would be really scary, I think. But yeah, you gotta watch those films, they’re awesome!

PLUG: Don’t just sit there, walk away!

I watched 500 Days Of Summer last night. Okay okay, that’s so last year but it’s only last night that I get to watch it. Just like what Aisha said, “Napanuod na ng lahat. Ikaw na lang hindi. :))”. I was never interested in that movie but since she said that she realized so many things when she watched the film, I watched it myself, too.

One of my most favorite lines is: “I know you think she was the one, but I don’t. Now, I think you’re just remembering the good stuff. Next time you look back, I really think you should look again.” Funny how most of us only remember the happy memories when we reminisce. Most of the time, we skip the bad parts when in fact, that’s our little secret to an easier and faster completion of “Project Moving On”.

My story isn’t really that, you know, super heartbreaking because there was no commitment and understanding. It was more of a friend-betrayal type of story which involves me, the guy and partly, my ex-boyfriend. But whateverrr. It has already happened. I cant undo it so yeah, let’s all move on!

Oh by the way, I’m thinking of quitting Project 365. Since I am uninspired and I’ve been locking myself in my room for days, I have nothing to post. That sucks, I know. I’ll still think about it, though.

Actually, when I checked my mails this morning, I received an email from their sales department saying that they are shutting down blah blah blah. And I was like, WTF?! So I checked their twitter and saw the same thing. Err. I hope it’s not true. I am thinking that their e-mail and twitter accounts are hacked. But yeah, I hope I get a response from them ASAP or else I’d be crazier than I already am. Their account was hacked. But it’s all good now.

Random thought:

I came to realize that there’s a difference between “What if I fall in love with you?” and “I fell in love with you.“. WHAT IF is similar to “I might not…“. Therefore, there is no certainty of what could really happen. However, when a person tells you “I fell in love with you.” still doesn’t guarantee that these words are bona fide. Sometimes no matter how serious and honest they seem they are, they’re just lying. You wouldn’t know, of course so good luck figuring it out.
